In Maine, there is evidence of human trafficking in every county - most prevalent in southern Maine and here in Penobscot County. We're proud to be a part of Sexual Trafficking Action Response Team (START) a collaborative team working to fight human trafficking in our community.

Dr. Michael Starks has been with St. Joseph General Surgery and Urology Practice for years. He specializes in treatment of thyroid conditions and in his spare time gives back by traveling all over the world on medical mission trips.
