Our Bereavement Support Group has been on hiatus since March to ensure the safety of attendees and our community. It’s been far too long, and we’re ready to safely welcome you back. Beginning Wednesday, September 9th at 6pm, we’ll host our bereavement groups on the second and fourth Wednesday of each month.
Things will be a little different as we have put the following safety measures in place:
- Everyone must wear a mask, if you don’t have one, we’ll provide one for you
- Meetings will now take place in our Elizabeth Largay Building at 294 Center Street, Bangor
- You must register by calling 907-1000, as each group is limited to 10 attendees to accommodate physical distancing
It is our goal for our Bereavement Support Group be a space for those grieving a loss to come together and work through the emotions and challenges of grief. A support group can help you understand that you’re not alone in your grief.
